The First Class Agent

Being called “The First Class Agent,” is more about you than it is about me.


Growing up, I can vividly remember my parents pulling into what we called the “service station” to fuel up the the station wagon. When you drove into the lot, a bell alerted the attendant that you were pulling in and he/she would greet you and ask how much gas you would like. While the car was being fueled, the attendant would clean your windshield and check the engine oil level. When they were done, you would pay from the comfort of your car, never having to lift a finger!


That is the kind of service I appreciated and miss today. First Class seating on airlines, an upgrade to a suite at a Five Star hotel and sometimes from someone listening or spending little bit of extra time and effort that puts a smile on your face and reminds us that we all deserve First Class Service.


That is the kind of service I provide my clients. No challenge too big or too small. Go the extra mile and create a fan, not just a customer.
By following the Golden Rule, I am now blessed with 100% referral clients and am now selling homes to the children and even grandchildren of the people I originally sold homes to!

 I was born to Donald and Kathleen (Condon) Gendron in Syracuse. I attended LaFayette Schools from kindergarten until graduation in 1982.

 I married Jean Bartella from Westvale in 1993 and we have two daughters, Abigail (Abbey) & Victoria (Tory). Both of my children graduated from ESM and where they received a top-notch education.

 Abbey completed her Doctorate in Pharmacology from The University of Rhode Island (URI). She is now Dr. Gendron.

 Tory obtained her EMT Certification from Upstate and has worked for AMR as an EMT for the past two years. She lives nearby with her Chihuahua. Phoebe, who we dog sit often.

 Jean and I live in historic Sedgwick and we have a cottage on Oneida Lake that we enjoy spending our summers at. We also have owned a time-share in Vero Beach for the past 18 years and it is our families favorite place in the world.

As the former Marketing Director/Operations Manager for RE/MAX Masters, Gallinger GMAC,  Mark Mayer Real Estate and Prudential First Properties and RE/MAX Manager of the Year for the State of New York, I now utilize my education and experience in personally assisting my buyers and sellers. I may be the most unfair advantage for you in this crazy real estate market.

Additionally, I am a Certified New York State Paralegal, NYS Notary Public and a Mortgage Loan Originator (ML# 1626156). I have served on many local boards including the Town of DeWitt Parks & Recreation Commission Chairman, President of Bishops House Estates Homeowner’s Association and Chairman of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors Website Committee. I currently serve on the GSAR Marketing Committee.

 I attended Jackson State College, Onondaga Community College and Columbia College as well as becoming a Certified Real Estate Trainer with Buffini & Company and Dale Carnegie “effective communication” attendee.

 In my 17 year career at RE/MAX I was fortunate to be listed in the top 10% in New York State with my inclusion in the 100% Club for 10 years as well as induction into the Hall of Fame, having earned over 1 million dollars in commissions.

Who.

I am an NYS Associate Real Estate Broker, ABR, NYS Certified Paralegal, Mortgage Loan Originator (ML# 1626156), RE/MAX of New York Manager of the Year, Marketing Director for three of the Top Real Estate Companies in Syracuse and ranked in the top 10% of sales in the country.

What.

What I do differently starts with my slogan, You receiving First Class Service is the reason I have 100% repeat and referral business. Being called The First Class Agent is more about you, then it is about me. Read the many reviews by my current and past clients.

Where.

I serve all of Central New York. I have traveled as far North as The Thousand Islands, as far East as Oneida, as far West as Auburn and as far South as Cortland. I can also refer you to a real estate agent anywhere in the world. I refer many clients to Florida Realtors.

 

When.

I work seven days, and my phone is on 14 hours a day. If I will be unavailable, my message will tell you when you can expect a call back. Sometimes a text can work quicker, when it is not convenient to talk.

Why.

I entered the real estate industry to make a living and make a difference. There are now nearly 1,900 Realtors in our marketplace, but only one called “The First Class Agent.” Doesn’t everyone deserve First Class Service?

How.

It begins with Trust. I don’t care what type of service you are looking for, if you don’t trust what you are being told, get someone else. When you hire me, I will always tell you the truth.
